Ingredients

  • 1 ½ C sugar
  • 1 ½ C cold, iced potatoes
  • ½ C oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 C rice flour
  • 1 C potato starch
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ C cold water

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, potatoes, oil, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Mix rice flour, potato starch, and baking powder.
  3. Combine ingredients and add 1/3 to cold water, or until dough begins to get smooth.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
