Ingredients
- 1 ½ C sugar
- 1 ½ C cold, iced potatoes
- ½ C oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 C rice flour
- 1 C potato starch
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- ½ C cold water
Instructions
- Mix sugar, potatoes, oil, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix rice flour, potato starch, and baking powder.
- Combine ingredients and add 1/3 to cold water, or until dough begins to get smooth.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
