Ingredients:
- 2 C rice cereal
- 2 C rolled oats (Note 1)
- ½ C raisins
- ½ C roasted, shelled, and salted sunflower seeds
- ½ C roasted, salted pepitas
- ½ C roasted soy nuts or sesame seeds
- 1/3 C xylitol (Note 2)
- ½ C light corn syrup (Note 3)
- ½ C nut/seed butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions:
- Spray a 9×13” pan with cooking spray.
- Stir together cereal, oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, pepitas, and soy nuts in a large bowl.
- Mix sugar or xylitol, corn syrup or glycerin and honey, and nut/seed butter in a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Pour over cereal mixture, stir to combine.
- Press into pan and let cool.
Note 1:
You can also use quinoa flakes and buckwheat flakes.

You can also use ½ C brown sugar.
Note 3:
You can also use ½ C glycerin with ½ C honey.
