Ingredients

• 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
• Milk or milk substitute (Note 1)
• 2 ¼ C cooked barley
• 1 can mandarin orange segments, drained

Instructions

1. Make pudding according to directions on package.
2. Stir in cooked barley and mandarin orange.

Note 1:

Just use the amount called for in the pudding directions.
