Ingredients:
- 2 C of chicken broth
- ½ C of carrots
- 2 C of grated zucchini
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 T. fresh parsley
- Dry parsley, as needed
- 1 small onion
- ¼ tsp. of seasoned salt
- 1 small potato
- ½ C of celery
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a two-quart pot.
- Simmer until vegetables are soft.
- Serve with bread or crackers and cheese.
