Ingredients
- 2 ½ quarts broken bread crumbs
- Goose giblets
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 Jonathan apples, diced
- Salt and pepper, as needed
- Garlic, as needed
- Sage, as needed
Instructions
- Boil giblets until tender and remove skin.
- Chop very fine and add to bread, onion, and apples.
- Mix it all up and add salt and pepper, sage, garlic, and any other seasonings you like.
- Moisten and stuff goose and put in a roasting pan, grease with two T. of margarine and sprinkle with a dab of flour.
- Roast in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven about 15-20 minutes for each pound.
