Makes 4 servings.


  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 3 T. granulated sugar
  • 12 wonton wrappers (3 oz.)
  • 2 T. margarine, melted
  • 3 T. cinnamon sugar
  • ¾ C Cool Whip
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss strawberries with granulated sugar and water in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Place wonton wrapper on a large cookie sheet and brush with margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake wonton wrappers about seven minutes or until crisp and lightly browned, then transfer to wire rack to cool.
  5. Beat cream and vanilla just until stiff peaks form in a medium bowl with the mixer at medium speed.
  6. Assemble napoleons by placing one wonton wrapper on each of four plates.
  7. Divide one-third whipped cream and one-third berries with their syrup equally among four wontons, then repeat layering two more times.
