Ingredients:
- 3 C cooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 C grated mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
- ½ tsp. each basil leaves and garlic salt
- ½ tsp. ground oregano
- 2 T. grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Combine rice, eggs, and 1 C mozzarella cheese.
- Press firmly into greased 12” pizza pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
- Combine tomato sauce and seasonings, then spread evenly over rice crust.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes longer and cut into wedges.
