Ingredients:
- 3 C cooked rice
- 1 ¼ lb ground meat
- 28 oz. Prego
- Large cottage cheese, as needed
- Parmesan cheese, as needed
- Mozzarella cheese, as needed
- Parsley, as needed
Instructions:
- Cook and drain meat, then mix with the Prego sauce and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Layer: ½ rice, ½ meat sauce, ½ cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers again and sprinkle parsley on top.
