Ingredients:

  • 3 C cooked rice
  • 1 ¼ lb ground meat
  • 28 oz. Prego
  • Large cottage cheese, as needed
  • Parmesan cheese, as needed
  • Mozzarella cheese, as needed
  • Parsley, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Cook and drain meat, then mix with the Prego sauce and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Layer: ½ rice, ½ meat sauce, ½ cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese.
  3. Repeat the layers again and sprinkle parsley on top.
