Wild Goose

  • 2 ½ Quarts Broken Bread Crumbs
  • Goose Giblets
  • 1 Large Onion, (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Jonathan Apples (Diced)
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Sage
Boil Giblets Until Tender And Remove Skin. Chop Very Fine And Add To Bread, Onion, And Apples.  Mix It All Up And Add Salt And Pepper, Sage, Garlic And Any Other Seasonings You Like. Moisten And Stuff Goose And Put In A Roasting Pan, Grease With Two Tablespoons Of Margarine And Sprinkle With A Dab Of Flour. Roast In A 350 Degree Oven About 15 To 20 Minutes For Each Pound.
