  • One 2 Inch Thick Venison Roast
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Cup Flour
  • Bacon Fat
  • 4 Teaspoons Chopped Celery
  • 4 Teaspoons Chopped Onion
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
Flour Venison Roast, And Brown In Bacon Fat. Add Remainder Of Seasonings And ¾ Cup Water. Simmer With Lid On For About One Hour; And Add Remainder Of Water. Simmer Until Tender
