  • 1 ½ Pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups Each Chopped Onions And Green Sweet Peppers
  • 1 To 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Each Ground Black Pepper And Garlic Powder
  • 1 Can (14 ½ To 16 Oz) Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 3 Cups Cooked Rice
Cook Beef, Onions, Green Peppers, And Seasonings Until Meat Is No Longer Pink And Vegetables Are Tender, Stirring Frequently To Crumble Meat. Add Tomatoes And Rice. Spoon Into Buttered 2-Quart Casserole.  Bake At 350 Degrees For 25 Minutes, Or Until Thoroughly Heated. Makes 6 To 8 Servings.
