Strawberry Napoleons

  • 1 Pint Strawberries, Hulled And Sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 12 Wonton Wrappers (3 Ounces)
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine, Melted
  • 3 Tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Cool Whip
  • ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat Oven To 375. In Small Bowl, Toss Strawberries With Granulated Sugar And 1 Tablespoon Water; Set Aside. Place Wonton Wrapper On Large Cookie Sheet; Brush With Margarine And Sprinkle With Cinnamon Sugar. Bake Wonton Wrappers About 7 Minutes Or Until Crisp And Lightly Browned; Transfer To Wire Rack To Cool. Meanwhile, In Medium Bow. With Mixer At Medium Speed , Beat Cream And Vanilla Just Until Stiff Peaks Form. To Assemble Napoleons, Place 1 Wonton Wrapper On Each Of 4 Plates. Divide One-Third Of Whipped Cream And One-Third Of Berries With Their Syrup Equally Among 4 Wontons. Repeat Layering 2 More Times. Makes 4 Servings.
