*Rice Lasagna

(Wheat Free)
  • 3 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 ¼ Lb Ground Meat
  • 28 Oz. Prego
  • Large Cottage Cheese
  • Parmesan Chees
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parsley
  • Cook And Drain Meat, Mix With Prego Sauce, Simmer For 15 Minutes.
  • Layer: ½ Rice, ½ Meat Sauce, ½ Cottage Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese.   Do All Layers Once More. Sprinkle Parsley On Top.
  • Cook At 350 Degrees Covered For 30 Minutes. Uncover And Bake For Another 15 Minutes. *Thanks To Barbie Miller For This Recipe!
