Pumpkin Cookies

(Egg Milk And Wheat Free Cookies)
  • Mix Thoroughly ½ Cup Honey, And ½ Cup Oil
  • Add 1 ½ Cup Mashed Pumpkin, 1 Tsp Lemon Extract And 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • Mix 2 ½ Cups Rice Flour, 2 Cups Quinoa Flour, 1 Cup Tapioca Flour, 2 Tsp. Baking Powder And
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
Blend Everything To “Drop Cookie” Consistency. Place On A Greased Cookie Sheet, Flatten With Fork And Bake At 350 Degrees For 20 Minutes.
