*No Bake Pumpkin Pie

(Milk Free)
  • 1 16 Ounce Can Of Plain Pumpkin
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Envelope Unflavored Gelatin Or 1 Tablespoon Agar
  • 1 Cup Date Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cloves
  • ¼ Teaspoon Allspice
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Baked Single-Crust Pie Shell
Prepare And Bake The Pie Shell. Put The Water In A Saucepan And Sprinkle The Gelatin Over The Surface Of The Water. Heat The Water Over Medium Heat, Stirring Occasionally, Until It Comes To A Boil And The Gelatin Dissolves. Stir In The Rest Of The Ingredients.
