Flax Seed Cookie

(Egg Milk And Wheat Free Cookies)
  • Mix In Blender Or Beat For 3 To 4 Minutes 1 ½ Cups Sugar, ½ Cup Oil And 4 Tbsp Water.
  • Add 2 Tsp. Cinnamon And 1 Cup Egg Substitute #2 (Pg1)
  • Sift 2 Cups Rice Flour With 2 Tsp. Baking Powder.
  • Fold Blended Mixture Into Flour Mixture.
  • Spread Onto A Greased Cookie Sheet And Bake At 325 Degrees F Until Light Brown
  • Cut Into Small Strips And Loosen From Sheet
  • Put Back In Oven (Heat Turned Off) And Crisp For A Few Minutes.
  • Take Out And Roll In Coarse Sugar
  • You May Add ½ Cup Pecans For A Change
