Curried Fruit

  • ½ Fresh Pineapple, Peeled, Cored And Sliced
  • 8 Apricots, Seeded And Sliced
  • 8 Dried Or Fresh Figs, Stemmed And Halved
  • 2 Jonathan Apples, Peeled, Cored And Sliced
  • 1 Pear, Peeled, Cored And Sliced
  • 3 Peaches, Pitted And Sliced
  • 1 Stick Unsalted Margarine
  • 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. Grease A Glass Rectangular Baking Dish. Arrange Fruit Randomly In Baking Dish, Distributing Each Type All Over. Melt Butter In A Saucepan, Add Curry Powder And Brown Sugar. Pour Over Fruit. Bake Covered With Foil For 35 Minutes. Remove Foil And Bake 10 More Minutes. Serves 8
