Cranberry Compote

(Milk Free, Wheat Free, Corn Free, Soy Free)
  • 1 Bag Cranberries (16 Oz)
  • 1 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Allspice1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Dried Fruit (Diced Small)
  • 1 Apple (Peeled And Chopped)
  • 1 Pear (Peeled And Chopped)
  • 1 Orange (Peeled And Pureed
  • ¼ Cup Pecans (Chopped)
In A Large Saucepan, Cook Juice And Sugar Till Sugar Dissolves. Reduce Heat And Add Cranberries And Spices. Mash Roughly Then Add Remaining Ingredients. Simmer 20 Min. Chill Overnight. Serves 12.
