(Egg Milk And Wheat Free Cookies)
  • 3 Sticks Margarine
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt
  • 3 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • About 1 12/ Cups Oat Flour
  • About 2/3 Box Of Quick Oats
  • Chocolate Chips
Cream Margarine And Sugar. Add Vanilla And Egg And Mix. Combine Dry Ingredients And Add. Mix. Add Oat Flour And Quick Oats In Combination Desired. (Less Flour And More Oats Makes Chewier Cookies). Add Chips. Pack Lightly As If Making Snowballs And Then Flatten Slightly Onto Greased Cookie Sheet. Bake At 375 For 8-10 Minutes.
