Cherry Jello

  • 1 Lb. Fresh Or Frozen Pitted Cherries
  • 1 Cup Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 (1/4 Oz) Package Unflavored Gelatin
  • ½ Cup Sugar
Directions: Mash Cherries And Place In A Mixing Bowl. Add Orange Juice And Set Aside. Place Water In A Small Saucepan And Sprinkle Gelatin Over Water. Allow To Soften For 5 Minutes. Heat On Low Until Gelatin Has Dissolved. Pour Gelatin Mixture Into Cherry Orange Mixture. Add  Sugar And Stir Until Completely Dissolved. Cool To Room Temperature, Pour Into Bowl Or Mold. Refrigerate For At Least 2 Hours Until Set
