Almond And Rice Flour Cookies

(Egg Milk And Wheat Free Cookies)
  • Cream ½ Cup Soy Butter And 4 Tbsp. Sugar Until Smooth.
  • Add ¾ Cup Browned Ground Almonds And 2 Tsp. Almond Extract.
  • Add 1 ½ Cups Rice Flour And Mix.
  • Roll Little Spoonfuls Between The Palms Of The Hands And Lay On Baking Sheet.
  • Bake At 375 Degrees For 8 Minutes.
They May Be Rolled In Powdered Sugar If Desired And Become Firm When They Cool. Makes 46.
