Ingredients:
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream (Note 1)
- ¼ C sweet marsala wine
- 29 oz. pear halves in light syrup, drained
- Mint sprigs, for garnish.
Instructions:
- Transfer ice cream to microwave-safe medium bowl.
- Heat in microwave oven on high about 10 seconds to soften ice cream slightly.
- Add marsala and stir until well combined.
- Spoon ice cream mixture into four dessert dishes.
- Top with top pear halves and garnish with mint sprigs to serve.
Note 1:
You can use alternative ice cream, like Tofutti or Rice Dream.
