Ingredients:

  • ½ C seed/nut butter
  • ½ C sugar
  • 1 ½ C puffed millet

Instructions:

  1. Cream nut/seed butter and sugar.
  2. Add 1 puffed millet.
  3. Form round balls.
  4. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until brown.
  5. Let cool on sheet.

Variations:

  • Add 1 ¼ C puffed rice (crushed with a rolling pin) and add before baking.
  • Add 2 T. of egg substitute after creaming the nut/seed butter and sugar. Form small cookies and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
