Ingredients:
- ½ C seed/nut butter
- ½ C sugar
- 1 ½ C puffed millet
Instructions:
- Cream nut/seed butter and sugar.
- Add 1 puffed millet.
- Form round balls.
- Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until brown.
- Let cool on sheet.
Variations:
- Add 1 ¼ C puffed rice (crushed with a rolling pin) and add before baking.
- Add 2 T. of egg substitute after creaming the nut/seed butter and sugar. Form small cookies and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
