Ingredients
- 1 C millet grits
- 3 C hot water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 beaten eggs
- ½ C whipping cream
- 1 C water
- Butter, to taste
Instructions
- Mix millet grits with hot water and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
- Beat the eggs, whipping cream, and water until fluffy.
- Add the hot grits to this mixture, a little at a time.
- Stir well and pour into an oiled casserole dish.
- Dot with butter and bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit until set and slightly browned.
