Ingredients:
- 1 T. unflavored gelatin
- ½ C water
- 1 ½ C apple cherry juice or other preferred juice
Instructions:
- Place gelatin and water in a 1-quart saucepan and melt over low heat until dissolved, stirring continuously.
- Add juice and mix well.
- Pour into and 8x8x2” pan and refrigerate until firm—about 1-2 hours.
- Cut into ½” cubes, when firm. Dip knife in hot water for smooth cutting.

For variety, try other beech-nut natural juices.
