• 1 T. unflavored gelatin
  • ½ C water
  • 1 ½ C apple cherry juice or other preferred juice


  1. Place gelatin and water in a 1-quart saucepan and melt over low heat until dissolved, stirring continuously.
  2. Add juice and mix well.
  3. Pour into and 8x8x2” pan and refrigerate until firm—about 1-2 hours.
  4. Cut into ½” cubes, when firm. Dip knife in hot water for smooth cutting.

Note 1:

For variety, try other beech-nut natural juices.
