Ingredients:
- 1 ½ C sugar
- ½ C oil
- 4 T. water
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C egg substitute
- 2 C rice flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- Coarse sugar, as needed
- ½ C pecans, optional
Instructions:
- Fold blended mixture into flour mixture.
- Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit, or until light brown.
- Cut into small strips and loosen from sheet.
- Put back in oven with the heat turned off and crisp for a few minutes.
- Take out and roll in coarse sugar.
