Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ C sugar
  • ½ C oil
  • 4 T. water
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 C egg substitute
  • 2 C rice flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • Coarse sugar, as needed
  • ½ C pecans, optional

Instructions:

  1. Fold blended mixture into flour mixture.
  2. Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit, or until light brown.
  3. Cut into small strips and loosen from sheet.
  4. Put back in oven with the heat turned off and crisp for a few minutes.
  5. Take out and roll in coarse sugar.
