Makes 48 bars.
Ingredients:
- 1 C flour
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 1 C ground walnuts
- 1/2 C margarine, softened
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2/3 C red raspberry (or other) preserves
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and mix all ingredients except preserves until crumbly.
- Press 2/3 of mixture into a 9x9x2” square pan and spread with preserves.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and press gently into preserves.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, or until light golden brown.
- Cool completely and cut into 48 bars.
