Makes 48 bars.

Ingredients:

  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • 1 C ground walnuts
  • 1/2 C margarine, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 C red raspberry (or other) preserves

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and mix all ingredients except preserves until crumbly.
  2. Press 2/3 of mixture into a 9x9x2” square pan and spread with preserves.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and press gently into preserves.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  5. Cool completely and cut into 48 bars.
