Ingredients
- 29 oz. firm or extra firm silken tofu
- ½ C honey, adjust to taste
- 6-8 oz. chocolate chips, adjust to taste (Note 1)
- ¼ C milk substitute
Instructions
- Put tofu, milk, and honey in blender and blend until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or microwave.
- Add melted chocolate to tofu mixture in small additions, blending well before adding more.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes, or until set.
Note 1:
You can use 1/3 C powdered unsweetened cocoa plus sugar to taste if you can’t get dairy-free chocolate chips. The taste will be much more cocoa-like.
