• 29 oz. firm or extra firm silken tofu
  • ½ C honey, adjust to taste
  • 6-8 oz. chocolate chips, adjust to taste (Note 1)
  • ¼ C milk substitute


  1. Put tofu, milk, and honey in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or microwave.
  3. Add melted chocolate to tofu mixture in small additions, blending well before adding more.
  4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes, or until set.

Note 1:

You can use 1/3 C powdered unsweetened cocoa plus sugar to taste if you can’t get dairy-free chocolate chips. The taste will be much more cocoa-like.
