Ingredients

  • 1 ½ C brown rice flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • Salt, as needed
  • Cinnamon, as needed
  • Nutmeg, as needed
  • Cloves, as needed
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 5 T. oil
  • ¾ C sugar
  • 2 T. egg substitute

Instructions

  1. Sift brown rice flour with baking powder.
  2. Add a pinch each of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Mash bananas and blend with oil, sugar, and egg substitute.
  4. Add water if needed, then blend all ingredients.
  5. Pour into a well-greased pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
