Ingredients
- 1 ½ C brown rice flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- Salt, as needed
- Cinnamon, as needed
- Nutmeg, as needed
- Cloves, as needed
- 2 ripe bananas
- 5 T. oil
- ¾ C sugar
- 2 T. egg substitute
Instructions
- Sift brown rice flour with baking powder.
- Add a pinch each of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Mash bananas and blend with oil, sugar, and egg substitute.
- Add water if needed, then blend all ingredients.
- Pour into a well-greased pan and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
