Makes 46 servings.
Ingredients:
- ½ C soy butter
- 4 T. sugar
- ¾ C browned ground almonds
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 ½ C rice flour
Instructions:
- Cream soy butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add almonds and almond extract.
- Add rice flour and mix.
- Roll little balls between the palms of the hands and lay on baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for eight minutes.
Note 1:
They may be rolled in powdered sugar if desired and become firm when they cool.
